Advanced systems and technologies in facility maintenance and asset safety
This course aims to:
Planning and following up on maintenance of mechanical and air conditioning works.
Design and maintenance of mechanical and air conditioning systems in buildings.
Diagnosing and maintaining mechanical and air conditioning malfunctions.
Establishing an integrated administrative and technical system for building maintenance, especially mechanical equipment and air conditioning systems.
Supervising the maintenance of mechanical works and air conditioning systems.
Understand and plan instrumentation and equipment maintenance and prepare schedules and control processes required to manage instrumentation and equipment maintenance during operation.
Understand equipment and equipment maintenance, planning, schedules and work control methods required to manage equipment maintenance during downtime.
Evaluate how an automated calculation-based equipment maintenance management system can enhance and support real-time information for effective maintenance planning of equipment, equipment, and integrated systems, schedule preparation, and control systems.
Evaluating the necessary practical requirements for a device and equipment maintenance management system that operates using automated calculations.
Evaluating and developing the most advanced maintenance strategy for mechanical devices and equipment (air conditioning systems) and the necessary procedures to make the most of spare parts and how specialized computer-operated systems contribute to facilitating these activities.
