Office management and advanced executive secretarial skills

The executive secretariat differs significantly from the administrative secretariat, and each of the previous two fields has its own field and sector of work.

The executive secretariat requires directly receiving and performing executive tasks regarding managing the business of VIPs and the general manager, who relies on the executive secretary to perform most of his daily work and organize his meetings, trips, and meetings.

The general managers also authorize those in charge of executive secretarial duties to complete some routine work in order to reduce time.
