Inventory management is mainly based on activities related to planning and controlling the stored items themselves.

This ensures the achievement of many goals, which are crystallized in order to ensure that the facilities’ needs for various materials are met with the greatest possible efficiency and not to waste or misuse the funds invested in those materials.
